as a yoga teacher:
I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and I find myself inspired by my practice every time I am on the mat.  Through yoga, I have learned to open my heart, to be truly conscious and to accept the present.  It is the desire to share this continuous inspiration that led me to teaching.

In Fall 2006, I obtained my yoga teacher certification through YogaWorks' teacher training program.  In my classes, I strive to create a sense of community, compassion and fun.  It is an honor for me to share my love of yoga with others, as I guide them through their practices.
