I'll be taking a dream vacation to multiple parts of Asia for a few weeks.  While I'm gone, I've invited my yoga tag-teamer, Rory C., to teach this class - it will be a real treat.  For those of you who have met Rory, you already know that he's an excellent teacher and has also been certified through YogaWorks.  For those of you who have not had the pleasure of experiencing Rory's teaching style or awesome yoga music selection, I invite you to attend one of his classes while I'm away!

I'll be back in the studio on 2/14 (Valentine's Day) and will be teaching a special partner-themed sequence to honor our relationships, with ourselves and with others.  Please feel free to bring a friend (or a date, if you'd like) for a really fun night... If you plan to come stag - no problem, we'll just pair you up with the most attractive solo person in the room!  <3
